✾ How Do I Personalise My Order? ✾

Select your options and include the codes you’d like in the personalisation box. Please make sure you include a code for each option so we can create your design.

Whilst we will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible, if the personalisation codes are not selected at the time of ordering, processing times may be delayed.


✾ Do I Receive a Proof/Draft Before Printing ✾

We provide a proof/draft copy with all orders. This will be sent via email.

We include a maximum of one revision for any spelling corrections and/or minor alterations.

Please note changing the order of the characters is not included in the free revision. Please personalise your order from left to right.


✾ How Long Will My Order Take? ✾

Once we receive your order we will send a draft copy over within 3-4 business days. This process may take a little longer during our busier periods.

Once the draft is confirmed we will finalise your order with your chosen delivery method.

If we have not received confirmation of the draft before your final dispatch date we will finalise your order using the draft copy or the personalisation chosen by you at the time of ordering.


✾ How Long Does Delivery Take? ✾

The most accurate delivery dates are provided by the shipping courier prior to purchasing. Estimated delivery dates take into account our processing times & approximate delivery times to your address so please be sure to check this prior to placing your order

All UK post is sent via the Royal Mail tracked 48 services which are estimated to take 2-4 business days to arrive from dispatch.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-3 days) & next-day special delivery upgrades can be added at the checkout.

All international post is sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Estimated shipping times for international postage vary between countries, the most accurate estimate will be provided before making a purchase through our store so please be sure to double-check that.
